ClickBee's goal is to provide it's members with the best possible opportunity to save on each product they buy through the site. It does this by providing access to shop at it's affiliate stores, who in return pay back commissions to ClickBee who then pay the majority back to it's members in the form of cash back.

You and ClickBee

ClickBee member information will only ever be accessed by a very small team of employees to track and account for any payments due to it's members. From time-to-time member's information will be disclosed to independent contractors providing services for the site with the understanding that the information be kept strictly confidential and only used for those services.

Any information collected on this site is used purely to track, account for, and pay cash back to members for purchases made via the ClickBee site.

ClickBee uses a secure, encrypted connection (SSL connection) on any pages where a member will access or transmit personal information.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site or to protect ClickBee and its members from losses.

ClickBee will never contact a member for any personal information, username, password in unsolicited phone, email or mail correspondence. Any exchange of information will only be made for the purpose of satisfying a member's request. None of this information will be stored beyond completion of this request.

If ClickBee changes this privacy policy, a change notice will be displayed on our site or, if the member has chosen, via email. ClickBee reserves the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, and recommends each member review it regularly.

Privacy with Stores and Advertisers

ClickBee does not receive any private information it's members enter when shopping through affiliated stores.

It does however sometimes receive certain order and user numbers, and amounts from stores or third party affiliate managers to enable accurate tracking, posting, and reporting of member's cash back due. This information will not be released by ClickBee to any other third parties.

ClickBee's privacy policy may differ from that of it's affiliated stores. Any communications a member chooses to receive via one of our affiliates sites will be bound by that stores own privacy and opt out policy and not the ClickBee policy.

Cookies

Cookies are used to identify each member and allow the member to be automatically logged in for each visit to the ClickBee site. Many of our partner sites also use the cookie function for identification,

Each member should have the cookies function activated on their computer. Failure to do so, may prevent cash back from being posted correctly to a member's account.

Email

Each member will receive a Subscription Notice 30 days prior to their annual membership being due.

Members are able to choose to receive the "Monthly Cash back Statement", "Weekly Buzz" message, and "Service Updates or Outages" individually.

ClickBee does not take part in, or support spamming by it's members as set forth in the Terms & Conditions.

Member info

Each member is responsible for the accurate maintenance of their own contact details including address, and email. ClickBee is not responsible for any payments mailed to an incorrect address provided by the member.

If any changes are made to the Privacy Policy, they will be posted here. Each member is responsible for checking regularly for these updates.
